Dear Customer,
We would like to share an important notice from UPS with our customers who are sending packages to the U.S.
● New International Fees Announcement
Effective June 2, 2025, UPS will introduce the below described fee change for international shipments sent to the U.S.
● New International Collect on Delivery (“ICOD”) Fee
Packages requiring the payment of duties, taxes and other government-related charges (“Duties”) will be assessed an additional fee of $12 USD if those Duties are not paid prior to delivery. The ICOD Fee will be charged to the U.S. consignee upon delivery and does not apply if Duties are billed to a UPS account number prior to delivery.
Consignees can also avoid these charges if they pay the applicable Duties electronically through the UPS International Pre Payment Application (IPPA) using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
Best Regards,
Your J-Subculture Team
