Why can’t I choose Small Packet for my package?

If you are a General User, you cannot use Small Packet shipping if:

- The total item value exceeds 7,000 JPY, or
- A single item is priced over 7,000 JPY

To use Small Packet, try removing one or more items from your shipment to bring the total item value under 7,000 JPY.

Alternatively, if you upgrade to a Business User, you can choose Small Packet regardless of item value.
