For Business Users

If you're a business owner or a heavy user of our service, we can offer you a special status that allows you to have more freedom and fewer restrictions. Customer who is not a business owner can become a Business User with us. Find out what you get as a Business User in the list below.

Once you become a Business User, you'll enjoy smaller fees and exemption from some restrictions that General Users have, such as the max bidding amount, items on Adult category and declaration fees for shipments.

To become a Business User, you need to make wire transfer for more than 20,000JPY at a time. We'll switch your status when we receive the first transfer from you. Once you become a Business User, you won't be able to pay by PayPal. Paying by deposit will only be available.

There's no monthly subscription fee.
If you wish to switch your status to Business User, please contact us from Contact Us.

Number of items in an order

One order can contain up to 20 products. If you buy multiple items of the same product, it'll be counted as one product.

※ Insurance Plan will be charged to each product in an order.

Commission

8% Commission is gone. It will be replaced by Plan A, B and C. Please refer to the Insurance Plans above.

Declaration amount

The minimum amount you can declare is 70% of the item price.

※ Amount of compensation does not exceed the declared customs value in the case that the item is lost or damaged during transit.

The minimum amount is 1JPY/item.

Small Packet

Unregistered: Available only for a shipment in which the total declared value is less than 1,000 JPY.

Registered: Available only for a shipment in which the total declared value is less than 7,000 JPY.

No restrictions

You could make a shipment unregistered or registered as you like.
